I. Order

1.1. Once you fill out the Order Form, you are 100% sure in buying.1.2. All information provided will only be used for shipping purposes. It will be discarded after the GO/TINGI/PASABUY has ended.1.3. Please double-check and make sure the details in the form are accurate. If there are changes to the information provided, please fill out the Change of Information Form.1.4. K-SSI PH discourages cancellations. Cancellation fee is 50% of the total item price. If not settled within 1 week, the customer will be posted as a bogus buyer.1.5. K-SSI PH has the right to cancel the PH GO if it did not meet the certain number of orders needed. Cancellation of the PH GO will be announced 1 week before the release date of the item/s.

II. Payment

2.1. All prices are all-in (includes item price converted to PHP and international fees) unless stated otherwise. Additional charges may occur if there are sudden changes/increases in the international fees.2.2 Local shipping fee is excluded and must be paid once items are onhand. Maximum insurance for local courier is PHP 4,900. Orders exceeding the maximum amount for insurance may be split into two parcels upon request of the buyer.2.3. Payment should be made on or before the Deadline of Payment. Late payments will be charged PHP 50 per day, starting from 12:00 AM of the day after DOP.2.4. All service/transfer fees should be shouldered by the buyer. K-SSI PH will be asking for additional payment if the amount received is less than the amount due.2.5. All payments are non-refundable, including the excess amount paid.2.6. Payment will only be honored once Proof of Payment (POP) is sent through the Payment Form.2.7. A refund will only be made in case the item is out of stock or PH GO is cancelled.

III. Shipping

3.1. All Group Orders are for pre-order. Please take note of the shipping/release date of your item/s.3.2. All Group Orders are under Normal ETA unless stated otherwise. Please expect the arrival of your items 3-5 weeks after shipment from South Korea.3.3. ETA may change due to delays in KR production, international courier, and other external factors. K-SSI PH will not be responsible for these delays but rest assured that updates will be posted as soon as available.3.4. K-SSI PH will not be responsible for lost/damaged items due to international and local couriers. K-SSI PH will provide photos of damages if any, once items arrive at our KR/PH address.3.5. Items will only be allowed to stay in our PH address for a maximum of 1 month. Nonpayment of the remaining balance will mean that K-SSI PH can re-sell the item and no refunds will be given.

IV. Other Concerns

4.1. We only check the outbox for dents and damages. These are nonrefundable as outbox are made to protect the items.4.2. Production/manufacturing issues are out of our control. We can only try to reach out to the official seller in the hopes of a product exchange or replacement but no guarantee.4.3. For damaged items due to local shipping, we can only help contact the courier in the hopes of a refund but no guarantee.4.4. Please take a video when unboxing your items in case of missing or wrong items delivered. No unboxing video, no replacement.4.5. K-SSI PH has the right to deny or cancel a transaction if: (1) customer has been rude to the admin and/or, (2) customer has been posted by other shops as bogus buyer or joy reserver.
